Oh Happy Days! Many of you have asked for a way to earn your Yahweh Yoga Teacher (YYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) credentials that would allow you to divide the 15-Day retreat because it may be easier for you manage with your busy lives. We certainly understand and took your requests to heart. We are blessed to announce that the Arizona Private Post Secondary Education (APPSE) office approved a new Flex Plan, which now offers students 3 options to earn your teaching credentials. So here you go friends, we now have 250-Hour RYT Flex Plan , here’s how it works:
Warrior 1 Delivery Option:
70-Hours online and 15- Day retreat equaling 180-hours in person hands-on contact hours. This program is a get-it-done in one session program making students eligible for Yahweh Yoga Teacher (YYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status with Yoga Alliance (YA)
Tuition: $3,400 includes all organic vegetarian meals 3 x per day. Tuition does not include travel or accommodations.
Accommodations: Yahweh Yoga has a special arrangement with a hotel and luxury rental home agency. The average price per night for either the hotel or luxury home is $45.00.
The luxury home rentals are in lovely neighborhoods, have 3 or 4 bedroom/2 baths with swimming pool and are completely furnished down to the forks. Each student in the luxury homes will have their own private bedroom.
The hotel is located in a commercial area, has a clean and comfortable private small suite with refrigerator and free shuttle to and from the hotel and studio. They also have a swimming pool. Even though the shuttle is free from the hotel to the studio and back, most students like to go in together and rent a car whether they choose to stay in a home or hotel because they can sightsee and fellowship after the school day.
Auto rental: For car rentals we have a special arrangement with Enterprise Car Rental - Price: $300 for the entire 15-days (Most students, in groups of 5, rent one car together, which averages out to approximately $60 per person for the entire 15-day stay.

Warrior 2 Delivery Option:
This option begins with first completing the 70-hours online course and an 8-day Arizona retreat (96- hands on contact hours). This option earns students a Certificate of Completion for Warrior 2, which is for both the 70-hour online portion and 96-hour hands on contact hour portion, for a total of 166 hours.
Warrior 2 completion does not include YYT or RYT eligibility status. In order for students to complete Yahweh Yoga’s 250 Hour RYT Program and receive your teaching credentials and eligibility for Yahweh Yoga Teacher (YYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance status, students must return within one year of receiving their Certificate of Completion for Warrior 2 and complete Warrior 3 as outlined below.
Tuition: $3,200 includes all organic vegetarian meals 3 x per day. Tuition does not include travel or accommodations.

Warrior 3 Delivery Option :
Warrior 3: Warrior 3 can only be taken upon completion of Warrior 2. Students return to Arizona for the last 7-Days (84 Contact Hours) of any of the posted Arizona retreat days listed on our website. Upon completion of these last 84 Contact Hours, students will earn their YYT and RYT credentials. Warrior 3 must be taken within one year after completion of Warrior 2 and earns students YYT and RYT status with Yahweh Yoga and Yoga Alliance.
Tuition: No additional tuition fee, however there is a food cost of $300 per student, organic vegetarian meals 3 x per day.
Accommodations: Same as Warrior 1 information as it applies to Warrior 3 time frame
Auto Rental: Same as Warrior 1 information as it applies to Warrior 3 time frame

250-hour YYT/RYT: We are dedicated to offering a comprehensive and professional gold standard YYT & RYT program.. This course is a total of 250 hours, with 70 hours online prior to the 180-contact hour 15-day hands-on training.

Warrior 1 -
Students select one of the teacher training session dates posted above and on our website. Students begin with the 70-hour online course and complete their YYT/RYT training by attending the 15-day retreat in Arizona.
Warrior 2 -
Students select one of the Online Course session dates posted above and on our website and attend the first 8-days of the Arizona retreat (Saturday through Saturday) of that session.
Warrior 3 -
Students select one of the Arizona Retreat sessions posted above and on our website and return for the last 7-days of that session (Sunday through Saturday). Please note: You must return within one year of receiving your Warrior 2 Certificate of Completion in order to be eligible for YYT and RYT status. We encourage students to select their return date upon enrollment as space may be limited.

Our RYT 250-Hour Teacher Training course is an invigorating, challenging, and sacred journey into the world of Christian yoga. At graduation you are able to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the prestigious Yoga Alliance www.yogaalliance.org
Our students prefer the prestigious Registered Yoga Teacher [RYT] designation as it clearly denotes that a teacher is a professional. We designed our gold standard program to combine 70-hours of online learning with an intensive 180-hands on contact hours delivered in a 15-day in-person classroom experience taught by E-RYTs in our Arizona facility.
Why Yahweh Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and Licensed Private Post Secondary Education with the State of Arizona FAQ’s:
Why is it important for Yahweh Yoga to be a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, the recognized governing body for the yoga industry, which is also a secular non-profit organization? And why are we a Licensed Private Post Secondary Education College with the State of Arizona?. Here’s why:
- Your personal safety, the safety of your students, and the law. So many people have been injured, some dangerously and irreparably by those who call themselves certified yoga teachers because they do not have the education and credentials to safely practice themselves nor to instruct their students.
- The mission of Yoga Alliance is to set professional standards of teaching and to approve the curriculum of those schools approved as Registered Yoga Schools with Yoga Alliance to insure the safety of teachers and the students they will go on to teach. Their mission statement includes: Diversity, Integrity & Community.
- Some whose curriculums do not meet Yoga Alliance standards state that Yoga Alliance won’t allow the Bible or Christian principles to be taught in an RYT program and that those who are Registered Yoga Schools must sign a paper stating that 8 hours must be devoted to chanting; this is simply not true.
- Yoga Alliance has welcomed us with open arms, in fact, Yahweh Yoga is a recognized style of yoga with Yoga Alliance. Yahweh Yoga joins a number of professional Registered Yoga Schools who have a Christian perspective component to their programs such as Kripalu, New Day Yoga and Our Lady of Lourdes. The distinction Yahweh Yoga has among all these schools is that, while our program teaches the basics of the standard RYT 200-Hour Yoga Alliance program, our program is exclusively Christian and is 250-Hours instead of 200-Hours giving us more time to focus upon our relationship with Christ and nutritious healthy eating.
- Yoga Alliance has been extremely supportive of Yahweh Yoga and as mentioned above has approved Yahweh Yoga as a distinct style of yoga so that when our graduates apply for their RYT, they register under the Yahweh Yoga style.
- Our graduates are increasingly teaching Christian yoga at secular yoga studios and in their communities, which almost exclusively require their teachers to have an RYT designation. This is important to our graduate’s income potential, as well as, to spread Christian yoga and the gospel throughout the world. Additionally, we believe it is important for our graduates to understand the industry in which they work.
“1 Peter 2:13 NIV states “Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every
human authority: whether to the emperor , as the supreme authority, or
to governors….”(except, of course, if these laws conflict with God’s
laws) and the notes explain as follows: “Peter urges that Christians
submit to all legitimate authorities, whether or not the persons
exercising authority are believers. The recognition of properly
constituted authority is necessary for the greatest good of the largest
number of people, and it is necessary to best fulfill the will of God
in the world.” It goes on to say such authority depends on God for its
existence. Indirectly when people disobey a human ruler they disobey
God who ordained the System of human government. Romans 13 also speaks
to our obedience to the Government and governing authorities.
- Licensed Private Post Secondary Education status: Yahweh Yoga is the only, exclusively Christian, Private Post Secondary Education College in the world. In the State of Arizona, as well as most other states, it is the law that anyone certifying yoga teachers or anyone who can earn income from teaching must be a Licensed Private Post Secondary Education College. The reasons for this are: Safety and State Regulations.
- These laws are akin to those that govern other professions such as a doctor, they may have received their Medical Doctor’s Degree from Harvard, then they join AMA, or their Law Degree from Princeton, then they take the State Bar Exam.
- Yahweh Yoga’s mission is to train the world’s finest Christian yoga teachers, to provide excellence in education and to support them after they graduate.

Yoga Alliance- Mission & History
Yoga Alliance® is the national education and support organization for yoga in the United States. We work in the public interest to ensure that there is a thorough understanding of the benefits of yoga, that the teachers of yoga value its history and traditions and that the public can be confident of the quality and consistency of instruction.
Yoga Alliance was formed in 1999 by a merger of two volunteer organizations, Unity in Yoga and Ad Hoc Yoga Alliance. Unity in Yoga sponsored national and international yoga conferences from 1982 until 1995. Ad Hoc Yoga Alliance was formed in 1997 to create minimum standards for yoga teachers. Since our formation, we have emphasized mutual respect, sensitivity and support of different yoga styles and traditions.
In September 1999, Yoga Alliance established a national Yoga Teachers’ Registry to recognize and promote teachers with training that meets our minimum standards. Teachers who meet these standards are eligible to register as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®s). In 2005, in conjunction with enhanced and revised standards for registration, we began recognizing and registering teachers with significant teaching experience in addition to training. These teachers can register as Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers (E-RYTs).
Yoga Alliance also maintains a Registry of Yoga Schools to recognize yoga teacher training programs that meet our 200-Hour and 500-Hour standards. A school whose curriculum satisfies or exceeds our minimum training standards may apply to register as a Registered Yoga School (RYS®). Once a school is registered, all graduates of a RYS are automatically eligible to register with us as RYTs.
Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education
The Board licenses and regulates 242 private postsecondary educational institutions operating vocational and degree programs. These private universities, colleges, career colleges, and vocational schools annually serve approximately 593,926 students. Formerly, students were only Arizona residents, however, with e-learning, Arizona schools now provide training to students across the nation and around the world. The Board acts on license applications, determines compliance, investigates complaints and violations, takes disciplinary action, confiscates and retains student educational records from closed institutions, provides students with access to their educational records, and administers the Student Tuition Recovery Fund, which provides financial restitution to students injured by private postsecondary institutional closures.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A)(1)(a), the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education states (“State Board”) that all notices of all meetings and committee meetings of the State Board will be posted at the office of the State Board, 1400 W. Washington Street, Room 260 in Phoenix, AZ 85007. This location is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for legal holidays and State mandated furlough days. The Agenda for all of the meetings will be posted on the State Board’s website: www.azppse.gov indicated the time and location of the meetings.

Program Features
There are two parts to the Yahweh Yoga 250-Hour RYT program; the online 70-hour portion and the 15-day, 180-hands on contact hour learning experience.
Online portion:
Our online class runs 70 days (an hour a day of study or two hours every other day), to allow working students the ability to complete the material while still attending to the needs of their families and their jobs. After completion of the online portion you then come to Arizona for the 180-hands on contact hour, Yoga Alliance accredited classroom experience. We believe that having online instruction prior to meeting face-to-face offers you the most in-depth education possible. You have time to get to know your classmates, learn terms, and understand concepts that will be needed in your live classroom learning.
180-Hands On Contact Hour Portion:
In order to meet Yoga Alliance educational standards, you will receive 180-hands on contact hours of instruction over a 15-day period. This means 12-hour days (7 am to 7 pm)–but don’t worry. We have carefully structured your hands-on classroom experience to be both challenging and do-able. For example, we follow active yoga instruction with non-physical academics such as healthy living, anatomy, and Christian philosophy. Every class day features a fully catered healthy lunch and dinner. We have fun lunch-and-learn sessions that cover everything from raw food preparation to lectures on the yoga industry. You will be nourished physically, mentally, and spiritually throughout the course.
Highest Educational Quality
Yahweh Yoga is the most highly accredited Christian Yoga teacher training school in the world. A team of Educational Technology PhD candidates from Arizona State University designed our online classes and E-RYT Christian Yoga experts lead our live portion.
Price
Our 250-hour Christian Yoga RYT program costs $3,400. Please Note: Tuition includes lunch and dinner for each day of the course and all texts and learning materials. Terms: ½ down upon enrollment and balance on or before the first day of the 15-Day Arizona retreat. Financing is available. Tuition does not include travel, accommodations or 10 observation classes for course requirements. 5 of the observation classes happen while you are in AZ with us. The other 5 on your own during the 70 days online in your own home town.
STUDENT LOANS AVAILABLE!
The state Private Post Secondary Education Association president referred us to a credit union that gives educational loans, which he believes are superior to student loans currently being given by the government. After following up with the credit union manager we are pleased to announce that we now have a new student loan financing option available for all students living in the United States! You pay interest only during the entire education and during the six months after you graduate, then a modest monthly payment to pay for your student loan after you have been educated and have had some time to begin earning enough money to pay back your student loan. Accommodations
We have lovely simple luxury homes with pools close to the studio to share with your classmates at an average price of $650 per person for the entire 16 night stay (most students arrive the night before since we begin at 7AM). You take the shuttle from the airport to your residence and from your residence back to the airport when you leave. The average price of the shuttle is approximately $30. Most students who are staying in the luxury homes rent a car together and divide that cost. Additionally, if you choose to stay alone, we have a wonderful hotel at approximately $40 per night, or you can rent one of the luxury homes for just yourself (or your family if you choose to travel with your family)
