Our mission is to educate the world’s finest Christian yoga teachers. We provide our students with the education to become beacons of spiritual, physical, and emotional health through comprehensive Christian Yoga teacher training.

We and our graduates (see Testimonials) believe that drawing people closer in intimacy to God and helping yourself and others attain and maintain optimum spiritual, physical and emotional health is one of the most exciting, rewarding and meaningful experiences of a lifetime.

We regularly meet people who want to teach but are afraid that they are too out of shape or too old. Yet, nothing could be further from the truth. The beauty of yoga is that you can teach at the level your physical body currently allows—some may teach Rest & Restore, some Gentle Journey, some Faithful Flow and Power. Our graduates have ranged in age from 18 to 73. There are secular yoga teachers in their 90’s teaching yoga! Remember that everyone must start somewhere! The more you teach and practice, the more you will see your abilities increase. Praise God!

About the Yahweh Yoga Advanced Studies Program

Yahweh Yoga is a pioneer in popularizing the presentation of Christian yoga worldwide. We have been blessed by God to become the world’s first Christian Yoga - State Licensed Private Post Secondary Education College. We strive to be more than just a great Christian yoga academy and studio. We represent a place of peace and a sanctuary for those interested in studying and teaching yoga that is centered in Christ. We are passionate about providing state-of-the-art information on a Christian yoga lifestyle that is completely tethered in the Word of God.

Believers in Jesus Christ from all denominations of Christ based religions attend our trainings. Our spiritual focus is on individual relationships with Christ,
not church affiliation.

Yahweh Yoga is a leader in educating those inspired to teach Christian yoga classes and/or to deepen their practice. We opened the first Yoga Alliance approved Christian Registered Yoga School (RYS) and Studio in the world in 2005, and have built our reputation on offering gold standard teaching materials. Christian yoga teachers all over the world are teaching Yahweh Yoga’s popular style of faith-based yoga.

Our Graduates are opening their own studios and enjoying their own ministries (See Your Stories).
Our graduates spread the Word through teaching Christ-based yoga throughout the United States as well as in Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Teacher fellowship

Our advanced studies graduates develop love and respect for one another.
We have launched a graduates-only forum to support and inspire each other through professional associations.
In the Yahweh Yoga Graduate Forum, our graduates and teachers have a virtual meeting place to:
