Class Descriptions
We hope you enjoy our classes. They are filled with great music: both Christian and contemporary. We encourage you to choose classes that meet your needs and not try too much too soon. Ease into your practice. The most important element of keeping a regular practice is that you choose classes that are right for you and practice at least 3 times per week for optimum results and to keep the glow of peace and health.
- Please do not come to class if you are ill. Get better and then come.
- Please do not wear perfume of any kind.
- Please do not eat for 2 hours before your practice. If you need something have some juice or a piece of fruit.
Sizzle
Hot yoga combined with a ALL-LEVELS class. Come and sweat all the toxins and stress out of your body and mind. This class is great for weight loss. Come and sizzle with us. Bring a towel and plenty of water.
Relax And Restore/ PreNatal
A totally de-stressing and relaxing experience. Stretching and breathing with most postures on the floor with comfortable bolsters and blankets that help you relax and are designed to stretch the body, calm the mind and get centered with Christ. This soothing practice allows for solitude, prayer and meditation.Great for beginners. This class is also appropriate for PRENATAL. If you are a mom to be, this class is for you and your baby. Come and center with Christ and connect with your baby, while stretching and de-stressing from the day. Leave feeling refreshed and restored. A peaceful time of rest, self-care, safety and preparation for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
Gentle Journey
A gentle class that helps you relax, de-stress, stretch and build strength and stamina. It’s wonderful for anyone wanting a peaceful yet effective workout. This class is perfect for those just beginning to practice or for those days when you are tired and prefer a less challenging class but still want to break a sweat and get in your self-care. A peaceful effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.
Faithful Flow
This intermediate level flow class is joyful, peaceful and can help you loose weight and reduce stress. It will get you centered, sweating and enjoying sun salutations with a groove. Each class introduces a variety of poses designed to build strength and stamina.
Prayerful Power
Get your sweat on! A soothing, peaceful power class that will energize and center your mind. You’ll increase concentration, performance and flexibility and build strength while reducing stress. Prayerful Power is especially good for athletes of all kinds — runners, bicyclist, golfers, tennis buffs, swimmers, those who play racquetball, basketball, football and soccer plus wrestlers and gymnasts. A challenging class designed for peace, concentration, stretching, strengthening, stamina and injury prevention.
Yoga Conditioning
Yoga Conditioning is designed to ignite your body and soul. Get ready to move, sweat, flow, and breathe in this early morning class. Yoga blended together with weights and cardio is the perfect morning treat.
Christian Meditation
We all have stress. Come and learn how to calm your mind and heart with different techniques for meditation. The Word says for us to meditate, but what does that look like? Come and lay down (not seated) and watch how Christian meditation can completely de-stress you in 45 minutes. Psalm 77:12 I will meditate on all your works and consider all your mighty deeds.
Core
Breath work and postures help to increase awareness of the core and build stability. This class will help you feel more balanced on the mat and off.
