Step By Step
- Come onto hands and knees.
- Hands are placed under the shoulders and are active.
- Knees are under the hips and legs are active.
- Core is tightened and gaze is to the mat.
- Strengthens abs and back.
- Helps teach good hand foundation.
- Hands turned in and/or knuckles not connected.
- Elbows bent.
- Upper arms rolled in.
- Shins out or asleep.
- Carpal tunnel syndrome.
