Power Yoga


This one-hour power class combines breath and movement to take you to both your mental and physical edge. This is a slower placed, challenging class. Variations in poses for both intermediate and advanced students. Come to this class to find the edge you’ve been looking for. Poses are designed to strengthen the core, improve alignment and lessen imbalances that lead to overuse injuries. Arm balances are incorporated in this class. One hour class.
